Always Perfect Roasted Potatoes

Trial after trial I was determined to make roasted potatoes that were crispy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside. This recipe is so easy, requires no stirring or flipping, and turns our perfect every time I make it. When you get a recipe right, you just need simple ingredients done right. Always Perfect Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 24 oz New potato  (any small, bite sized variety will work)
  • 3 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt
  • 1/2  tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Slice 24 oz New potato  in half and lay flat potato side down on the pan
  • Drizzle with 3 tbsp Avocado oil and sprinkle with 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt and 1/2  tsp Black pepper. Toss to mix.  
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until bottoms are perfectly brown and crispy and center is cooked. 
  • Serve with our delicious homemade ranch dipping sauce if desired
