Balsamic Fig Quick Grill Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 center cut pork chops
- 2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 French dressing balsamic fig
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine the 2 tsp pink Himalayan salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, ½ tsp black pepper, and ½ tsp smoked paprika.
- Rub the salt mixture onto 6 center cut pork chops on both sides.
- Heat the grill to 375℉.
- Grease the grill grates or use grill mats.
- Place the pork chops on the grill and shake up the 1 French dressing balsamic fig.
- Brush each pork chop with the dressing. Close the lid and wait 7 minutes.
- Flip over and brush the other side and let cook 7 minutes.
- At this point start checking the temperature and be sure to cook until a temp of 145℉ has been reached internally.
- Remove from the grill and let rest 5 minutes. Enjoy!
