Balsamic Fig Quick Grill Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 center cut pork chops
  • 2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 French dressing balsamic fig

Instructions

  • In a small bowl combine the 2 tsp pink Himalayan salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, ½ tsp black pepper, and ½ tsp smoked paprika.
  • Rub the salt mixture onto 6 center cut pork chops on both sides.
  • Heat the grill to 375℉.
  • Grease the grill grates or use grill mats.
  • Place the pork chops on the grill and shake up the 1 French dressing balsamic fig.
  • Brush each pork chop with the dressing.  Close the lid and wait 7 minutes. 
  • Flip over and brush the other side and let cook 7 minutes. 
  • At this point start checking the temperature and be sure to cook until a temp of 145℉ has been reached internally. 
  • Remove from the grill and let rest 5 minutes.  Enjoy!
