Balsamic Fig Quick Grill Recipe

When it is grilling season, I love a good thick bone in pork chop on the grill.  Done properly, I truly believe it can rival a steak.  This recipe is quick, easy and loaded with flavor.  There is just something about the combination of balsamic and pork I can’t get enough of.
