1.
Cook Beef
To start, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle in a few tablespoons of olive oil. You can skip this step if using a grill to cook stead. You want to season it well so add a bit more olive oil to the round steak and add 1-2 tsp seasoning to beef and rub all over. Cook round steak 5-6 minutes on each side. To get a good sear on both sides don't move it around too much once on the pan. When it's done, remove from heat and allow meat to rest on a plate for 10 minutes.
Add the frozen broccoli, snow peas, or bell peppers to the large skillet. Add a bit more olive oil and and cook through. Remove from heat and set aside until later.

Make Sauce
While meat is resting, use the same large skillet and and reduce flame to a medium heat. To make sauce, add to a bowl Cocoaminos, fresh ginger and garlic, sesame oil, green onion, honey or coconut sugar, and sriracha sauce. Mix well! Once beef is done resting, slice the beef into thin strips. Place the sliced beef back into the large skillet and add 1-2 tbsp of flour, toss around for a minute.
Add the rich sauce over the flour coated juicy beef and toss around a bit. Add the broccoli in as well and mix the juicy beef, broccoli, and sauce together until well incorporated. Let the sauce has thickened a bit. Turn off heat and allow to set for 2-3 minutes to cool. I like to serve this over white rice and garnish with additional thinly sliced green onions. What I love about this recipe is with all the different ways to swap out veggies and sugar. You can even alter the spice level is really is a meal the whole family will love!
