Bosco Sticks

Take yourself back to childhood with these bosco sticks.
These bosco sticks take me back to high school, I think I ate them just about every day for lunch. We gave them a makeover using einkorn flour and now you can eat them with a lot less guilt. They are created using the Healthier Homemade Pizza Dough. Serve them with your favorite marinara or butter sauce for a winning combingation.
Bosco Sticks
Servings: 8
Equipment
- 1 baking sheet
- parchment paper
- 1 bowl
Ingredients
- 1 Healthier homemade base pizza dough see below
- 8 String cheese (organic)
- 1 cup Marinara sauce
Instructions
- Make the Healthier Homemade pizza dough
- Roll into 8 balls
- Roll into a cylinder and flatten out
- Place a mozzarella stick in the middle and roll the dough around it
- Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes
Notes
Extras
- You can melt butter and add some salt and garlic salt to brush on before baking in desired. Use our butter sauce or dip in marinara sauce.
REHEAT/COOK IF FROZEN
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
Substitue Options
- Swap 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour for 3 cups all purpose einkorn flour
