Brazilian Cheese Bread Muffins

Have you ever heard of Brazilian cheese bread?! Its truly a savory side you must have at your next brunch, side, or just a tasty snack. These are a perfect gluten free bread option to serve for dinner and go perfect with a delicious quiche for brunch. Made in blender, there is little mess and little prep. Brazilian Cheese Bread

Ingredients
- 1 cup Avocado oil (or extra virgin olive oil)
- 1 cup Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Gruyere (grated)
- 3 cup Tapioca starch
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line 16 muffin tins
- In a blender, add 1 cup Avocado oil, 1 cup Milk, 3 Eggs, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 cup Gruyere, 3 cup Tapioca starch, and 1 tsp Salt.
- Blend until smooth for about 1 minutes
- Add mixture into muffin tins and fill about 2/3 of the way full
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes
- Cheese buns should look puffy and golden brown around the edges
- Remove from oven, place onto wire rack, and allow to cool for 5 minutes, then enjoy!

Storage
- Store in ziploc bag for up to 3 days or you can freeze in advance. you can reheat in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or thaw at room temperature for a few hours
