Buffalo Chicken Wraps w/ Dairy Free Ranch Dip

Ingredients:
Adjust Servings
1/2 stick Butter | |
2/3 C Franks Red Hot | |
6-8pieces Chicken Thighs | |
1pkg Cole Slaw Mix | |
1/2C Mayo | |
2 tbsp Vinegar | |
2tbsp Lemon Juice | |
1/4 tsp Salt & Pepper | |
6-8 Wraps of Choice (or use our recipe!) | |
2-3 stalks Green Onion | |
1/2 C Dairy Free Ranch dip (recipe found here) Can omit but man this stuff is perfect on this wrap! |
For Dressing
Directions

For the Chicken
Combine Franks Red Hot and butter in a saucepan and bring to low boil, turn off heat. Cut chicken into small cubes and toss into hot cast iron or skillet. Cook thoroughly. Add in sauce to pan and mix. Set aside.

For Slaw
Combine package of slaw mix, mayo, vinegar, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Mix well and set aside.

Make the wrap
You can use your own favorite brand of wraps here or you can make the recipe for our favorite homemade wraps!
Grab your wrap, toss in chicken, add slaw on top, add dairy free ranch (if desired, recipe can be found here too), and top with green onions. Roll up, slice in half, and enjoy!
