Candied Pecan Date Balls

Elevating the classic date protein balls with these Candied Pecan Date Balls. The candied pecans add a delicious and flavorful crunch while the dates add that perfect chewiness you know and love. We make a big batch of these for the week and and store in the fridge so we always have a healthier treat or snack ready to grab n go.
Candied Pecans
Candied Pecan Date Balls

Ingredients
- 2 cup Rolled oats
- 2 cup Medjool dates (pitted)
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp Sea salt
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Candied pecans use our recipe above or buy your favorites
Instructions
- In bowl of a food processor, add in 2 cup Rolled oats, 2 cup Medjool dates, 1/4 cup Maple syrup, 1/4 tsp Sea salt, 1 tsp Ground cinnamon, and 1 tsp Vanilla extract.
- Blend well until the mixture is incorporated but not yet a sticky ball.
- Then add in 1 cup Candied pecans and pulse until they are incorporated but not finely ground.
- Roll mixture into a ball and place in a airtight container. I like to measure mine about 1 tbsp or so. You can also press into an 8x8 or 9x13 pan and cut into squares if you prefer!
- Store in fridge, enjoy!
