Cheesy After School Popcorn

If your kids are endlessly hungry after school try this Cheesy After School Popcorn as a healthier and satisfying snack before dinner. I love doing this because it satisfies them for an hour or two until dinner but doesn’t fill them up too much so they will still eat real food. Made with simple, clean ingredients, your kids will love it and you will feel good making it for them.

  • 1/2 cup Popcorn kernels
  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup Butter (melted)

  • Place lid back on and using pot holders, grab the sides of the pan and shake back and forth every 30 seconds or so until popcorn is popped.
  • Once you hear the popping sounds calm down, turn off heat and keep the lid on to let the kernels finish popping.
