4cups Jovial Einkorn Flour
1TBSP. baking powder
1 1/4tsp. salt
1tsp. onion powder
1tsp. garlic powder
2 medium zucchini shredded with water drained out
1cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
1TBSP. white vinegar
1TBSP. honey
1TBSP. chopped chives
2 cups shredded cheddar
1/4 cup shredded gruyere or parmesan

Direction
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a bread pan and I like to put parchment paper on the bottom.
Mark as complete

Combine Einkorn flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, onion powder and garlic powder in a bowl.

In another bowl combine zucchini, milk, eggs, butter, white vinegar, honey and chives. Combine the wet and dry ingredients together.

In the prepared pan layer batter and cheddar cheese- try to get 3 layers. Top with the gruyere cheese.

Bake about 55 minutes until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean. Let rest until cooled and serve.
