Chicken Orzo Soup

Equipment
- 1 large sauce pan or Dutch oven
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 lb Organic chicken breasts cubed
- 3 Carrot (Chopped)
- 2 Celery sticks (Chopped)
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 1 tsp Herbes de provence
- 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 64 oz Organic chicken broth
- 6 oz orzo
- 1 Lemon (juice of)
Instructions
- Over medium heat pour in 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil. Add in the1 1/2 lb Organic chicken breasts cubed, 1 Onion, 3 Carrot and 2 Celery sticks . Sautee until the chicken is cooked through about 10-15 minutes.
- Add in the1 tsp Herbes de provence, 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Onion powder, 64 oz Organic chicken broth, 6 oz orzo and 1 Lemon juiced. Turn the heat to low and let it simmer at least 30 minutes. You can also put it in the crock pot on low and let it simmer. Enjoy!
