Cinnamon Applesauce

It isn’t fall without the fall flavors and scents of apples and cinnamon. I love making homemade apple sauce in the fall because not only does it use up the excess apples we picked at the orchard, it fills the house with the most amazing scent.

Cozy up this fall with homemade apple sauce.
Cinnamon Applesauce
Servings: 12
Ingredients
- 6 Honey crisp apple
- 2 tbsp Raw honey
- 2 Organic cinnamon stick
Instructions
- Wash and slice the 6 Honey crisp apple. Chop them into small pieces.
- Pour the apples into a slow cooker.
- On top drizzle in 2 tbsp Raw honey and place 2 Organic cinnamon stick on top.
- Turn heat to high and place the lid on. Cook for 1 hour.
- At the 1 hour mark give the apples a good stir. Place the lid back on for 3 hours.
- Blend with an immersion blender.
- Store in a ball jar in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
