Crispy Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 16 oz Brussels sprouts
- 1 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated or shredded works)
- 1 cup Bread crumbs (reg or gf works)
- 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 cup Balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Chop brussels sprouts into shredded lettuce like pieces
- On a baking tray with sides, add chopped brussels. Then add 1 c parmesan cheese, 1 c bread crumbs, 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp pepper. Toss to mix well.
- Spread out evenly onto pan
- Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes until crispy and done.
- Immediately out of the oven, top with 1/2 c remaining parmesan cheese and drizzle 1/4 c balsamic glaze.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

Storage
- Store extras in an airtight container in fridge for 3-4 days, reheat in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
