Crockpot Mango Chicken Tacos

If you have been following along, you know that I love making chicken tacos in the crockpot.  This saves so much time and adds a ton of flavor. This recipe is perfect for Cinco De Mayo because if you have a crowd just double it.

2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 corn on the cob cut corn off
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
1/4 tsp. cumin
10 oz. Mango Pico De Gallo

Turn the slow cooker to low.

Sprinkle seasonings directly on to chicken breasts.
