Dairy Free Ranch Dip

This is a dip that we keep in our house at all times! Its basically the all purpose dip! We don’t do a lot of dairy, just occasional, so when we want to add a creaminess to a dish this is one way we can do it without dairy!

I recommend making a double batch right from the start since I know this will go quick! Put it on eggs, potatoes, pizza, tacos, salads, dip for veggies, etc. Its absolutely perfect!

You make a ranch dip mix with dried seasonings and it makes about 6-8 total batches. But I really like to add the seasoning to chicken, burgers, eggs, etc. Such a great, versatile dip and dip mix!

Hope you and your family enjoy!

Ingredients:

Adjust Servings
2 eggs
2 tbsp vinegar
2tbsp ranch dip mix
2 c neutral oil (like avocado or a light olive oil)
6 tbsp dried minced onion
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
2 tsp dried dill
1 tsp dried basil

Directions

1.
For Dried Dip Mix
In a storage container or smaller mason jar, combine dried minced onion, garlic powder, salt, dry basil, and dried dill. This is the ranch dip mix, better than whats in store as it doesn't have any preservatives, thickeners, or added dairy.

To Make Ranch Dip
In a food processor, add eggs, vinegar, and seasoning mix. Blend until well emulsified. Then with the food processor on, slowly drizzle in the oil, VERY SLOWLY! If you do this too quick the mixture will not emulsify and they will separate. Once all oil is added, you can add a few tablespoons of water until its the desired consistency. Store in fridge in mason jar for a few weeks! I add this to everything! Its like a sour cream, mayo replacement! So good!
