Everything Flatbread Cracker

Everything Flatbread Cracker

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Einkorn flour  (see note for all purpose)
  • tbsp Everything but the bagel seasoning  (if it doesn't have salt included, add 1 tsp as well)
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line 2 sheet trays with parchment or silicone
  • In a bowl, add 2 c einkorn flour, 2 tbsp of everything but the bagel seasoning, 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, and 1/2 c water.
  • Mix well and knead just until dough comes together to form a ball, do not overwork
  • Let dough rest for 10 minutes
  • Divide dough in half, flour counter, and roll out dough until thin, about 1/8 inch thick
  • Use a pizza cutter to cut out any shape you'd like, I did longer rectangles
  • Lay on the lined sheet tray, repeat with other half of dough
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes, then flip each cracker, and bake another 5 minutes
  • Once golden brown and crisp, remove from oven and allow them to cool
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Storage
  • Store in airtight container at room temperature for 5-7 days. Can freeze as well and remove as needed. Thaw at room temperature for an hour or so before eating if you freeze
All purpose flour
  • If using all purpose flour, use 1 3/4 cup instead of 2 cup einkorn
