Everything Focaccia Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Warm water
- 2 tsp Dry yeast
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 3 3/4 cup cup Einkorn flour Use 3 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Everything but the bagel seasoning
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add 1 1/2 cup Warm water, 1 tbsp Honey, and 2 tsp Dry yeast, and 2 tbsp Olive oil. Mix well.
- Let it set until yeast is active and bubbly, about 10 minutes
- Then add in 3 3/4 cup cup Einkorn flour and 1 tsp Salt
- Mix well, flour counter, and knead the dough for just 30 seconds until it forms a smooth ball
- Place back in the bowl and cover for about an hour until doubled in size
- Grease a 9x13 in pan or a large cast iron pan (12-14 inch)
- Place dough in the pan, add about half the 1/3 cup Olive oil on the top
- Cover and let it rise again for 30 minutes
- Add the remaining olive oil, sprinkle on 2 tbsp Everything but the bagel seasoning, and press fingers into the dough until indents are all over
- Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes until golden brown on the top.
- Cool and slice into 12 squares. Enjoy!

Variations
- I made this one with everything but the bagel seasoning but you can swap out any of your favorite herbs like rosemary, thyme, etc.
