Everything Focaccia Bread

Everything Focaccia Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Warm water
  • tsp Dry yeast
  • tbsp Olive oil
  • tbsp Honey
  • 3 3/4  cup cup Einkorn flour  Use 3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup Olive oil
  • tbsp Everything but the bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add 1 1/2 cup Warm water, 1  tbsp Honey, and 2  tsp Dry yeast, and 2  tbsp Olive oil. Mix well.
  • Let it set until yeast is active and bubbly, about 10 minutes
  • Then add in 3 3/4  cup cup Einkorn flour  and 1 tsp Salt
  • Mix well, flour counter, and knead the dough for just 30 seconds until it forms a smooth ball
  • Place back in the bowl and cover for about an hour until doubled in size
  • Grease a 9x13 in pan or a large cast iron pan (12-14 inch)
  • Place dough in the pan, add about half the 1/3 cup Olive oil on the top
  • Cover and let it rise again for 30 minutes
  • Add the remaining olive oil, sprinkle on 2  tbsp Everything but the bagel seasoning, and press fingers into the dough until indents are all over
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes until golden brown on the top. 
  • Cool and slice into 12 squares. Enjoy!

Variations
  • I made this one with everything but the bagel seasoning but you can swap out any of your favorite herbs like rosemary, thyme, etc.
