Fireside Coffee Creamer

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup evaporated cane sugar
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk (I buy the organic verison)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, add 2/3 cup evaporated cane sugar and 3/4 cup Water. Whisk and bring to a boil.
- While boiling, add in 1 tsp Allspice1 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg. Continue to whisk every few minutes until mixture begins to bubble and becomes thicker, do not burn!
- Once thickened, remove from heat. Add in 1 tsp Vanilla extract and whisk.
- Add to a glass jar with 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk. Allow to cool, then add lid and store in fridge for up to a month! Enjoy 1-2 tbsp in your morning coffee
