Garlic Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 bulb Garlic slice off the top 1/4 part
  • 1/2 cup Butter room temperature
  • 1  tsp Salt and pepper each

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 and have a small baking dish with lid
  • Prepare 1 bulb Garlic by chopping off top 1/4 part of garlic bulb. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, place in baking dish, and cover.
  • Roast for 20 minutes until carmelized.
  • Remove, allow to rest.
  • Whisk up 1/2 cup Butter, 1  tsp Salt and pepper in a small bowl. Once garlic is cooled, squeeze it out the top into the bowl of butter. Smash it together with a fork until well incorporated.
  • Store in the fridge and spread on everything! This stuff is SO good!
