If youve the classic Good Humor cookies and cream bars, you’ll adore this homemade version! These ice cream bars are simple to make and packed with rich flavors, combining creamy vanilla ice cream with crunchy cookie pieces. Perfect for warm days or a sweet treat anytime!
Good Humor Cookies and Cream Dupe

Equipment
- 8 popsicle molds
- 1 mixer with whisk
- 1 small bowl
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup Organic raw sugar
- 1 tsp Arrow root
- 3 oz Cream cheese
- 14 Oreo cookies (We use healthier versions such as rip van leo's or catalina/ can use gf as well crunch)
Instructions
- In a food processor chop up the 14 Oreo cookies.
- Sprinkle 1 tsp. of Oreos in the popsicle mold and spread the oreo out.
Center
- First, place a metal mixing bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Add in the1 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream and whisk until stiff peaks form.
- Remove and place in another bowl and place in the refrigerator.
- In the original mixing bowl whisk the 3 oz Cream cheese, 1/4 cup Organic raw sugar, 1 tsp Arrow root and 1/4 cup of the Oreo crumbs.
- Once blended well fold in the whipping cream.
- Add to a gallon size ziploc and cut the tip off.
- Pipe into the popsicle mold and then smooth out.
- Sprinkle the Oreos on top and press in so it will adhere when frozen.
- Freeze for an hour and a half.
