Grain Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

A delicious way to enjoy your favorite chocolate chip cookie with ingredients that can actually do your body good! These Grain Free Chocolate Chip Cookies are a soft, delicious version of the classic. I made a big batch of these to test out and my 15 year old told me he would prefer these to regular chocolate chip cookies. They have the best, chewy, thick texture and have a perfect balance of flavors. You would never know these are made with clean ingredients and are high protein!
Grain Free Chocolate Chip Cookie
A delicious, healthier version of the classic chocolate chips cookie! Full of clean ingredients and high in protein, these will be your new favorite

Ingredients
- 12 oz almond butter you can use any nut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c coconut sugar
- 1/2 c maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 c protein powder I use Orgain Simple Chocolate
- 3 oz chocolate chopped
- 1/2 c chocolate chips we love nestle allergen friendly
- 1/2 c white chocolate chips can also just use more chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line a cookie sheet
- In a large bowl, add nut butter, eggs, coconut sugar, maple syrup, & vanilla extract. Mix well
- Then add in 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 c protein powder, chopped chocolate, chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips. Mix in until all ingredients are incorporated
- Scoop out onto cookie sheet using 1/4 c measure or a cookie scoop
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 16-18 minutes. Do not over cook so check around 16 minutes, once golden brown remove from oven and cool. The center should be set and color should not be too dark
- Cool on wire rack, enjoy!
