Greek Style Hummus

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Garbanzo beans (drained)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt
  • 2 Whole garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Water

Instructions

  • In a food processor combine the beans, lemon juice, salt, garlic and oregano on high.
  • Slowly add in the water and EVOO through the attachment while it is still spinning. Blend until smooth.
  • Store in the refrigerator up to a week in an airtight container in the freezer up to a month.
