Greek Style Hummus
Servings: 8
Ingredients
- 16 oz Garbanzo beans (drained)
- 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt
- 2 Whole garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 Oregano
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Water
Instructions
- In a food processor combine the beans, lemon juice, salt, garlic and oregano on high.
- Slowly add in the water and EVOO through the attachment while it is still spinning. Blend until smooth.
- Store in the refrigerator up to a week in an airtight container in the freezer up to a month.
