Greek Yogurt Biscuits

Greek Yogurt Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole milk greek yogurt
  • 2 cup Einkorn flour (1 3/4 c all purpose flour)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • In a bowl add 1 cup Whole milk greek yogurt, 2 cup Einkorn flour, 1 tsp Salt, and 1 tsp Baking powder. Mix well until a soft but workable dough forms, can add a bit more flour if needed
  • Flour work surface, turn out dough and press into a circle about 1/2 inch thick
  • Cut into desired size biscuits, place on lined baking tray
  • Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and set
  • Remove, cool for 5 minutes, enjoy!

  • store in ziploc bag for up to 4 days or you can freeze in for up to 2 months
