Greek Yogurt Biscuits

Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole milk greek yogurt
- 2 cup Einkorn flour (1 3/4 c all purpose flour)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a bowl add 1 cup Whole milk greek yogurt, 2 cup Einkorn flour, 1 tsp Salt, and 1 tsp Baking powder. Mix well until a soft but workable dough forms, can add a bit more flour if needed
- Flour work surface, turn out dough and press into a circle about 1/2 inch thick
- Cut into desired size biscuits, place on lined baking tray
- Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and set
- Remove, cool for 5 minutes, enjoy!
