Easy Grinder Salad

Grinder Salad

Ingredients

Salad

  • 6 oz Salami (I love the Aldi Italiano version)
  • 8 oz Fresh mozzarella (Love the Aldi brand here as well)
  • 6 cup Romaine (rinsed and chopped)
  • 2 Peppers (any color you like, chopped)
  • 4 oz Banana pepper (drained and chopped)
  • 1 cup Tomatoes (chopped)

Dressing

  • 1/3 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice (fresh is best)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

Make Dressing

  • Add 1/3 cup Olive oil, 1/4 cup Lemon juice, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 tbsp Honey, 2 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt, and 1/2 tsp Black pepper. You can use right away or store in the fridge and use as you go.

Make Salad

  • Prepare 6 oz Salami, 8 oz Fresh mozzarella, 6 cup Romaine, 2 Peppers, 4 oz Banana pepper, 1 cup Tomatoes and toss together in a large bowl. Make sure its all blended well. You can toss in mason jars or another type of portable container to grab and go.

Notes

What to eat with it?
  • You can enjoy as a salad alone, add to a wrap or tortilla, or you can mix this up and eat as a side with another main dish or pizza night.
