This Gruyere and ham sheet pan breakfast is the perfect way to kick-start your morning with ease. Combining the savory flavors of crispy ham with the rich taste of melted Gruyere cheese, this dish is sure to delight both kids and adults alike.
Gruyere and Ham Sheet Pan Breakfast

Ingredients
- 32 oz Frozen hash browns (Mr. Dell's)
- 7 oz Gruyere and cheddar cheese blend (shredded from a block)
- 1/2 cup Sour cream (Daisy Brand or Organic Valley Sour Cream)
- 12 Egg
- 8 oz Uncured ham steak (Chopped we like Niman Ranch Brand)
- 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt
- 1 tsp Dried onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 f
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Scoop mixture onto baking sheet and spread evenly
- Bake for approx. 30 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through
- Slice into squares- this goes great on top of a piece of toast or wrapped in a tortilla. You can eat it alone as well.

REHEAT
- Wrap in a damp paper towel and microwave at 30 second intervals until cooked through
