Ham and Gruyere Focaccia Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 1 Focaccia bread (Focaccia brand cooked in 12 inch cast iron skillet (see component recipe))
- 3 cup Ham steak (Chopped)
- 3 cup Gruyere (shredded from a block)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400f. and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Slice the1 Focaccia bread in half horizontally to make 2 circles.
- Sprinkle the 3 cup Ham steak chopped on top
- Sprinkle the 3 cup Gruyere cheese shredded on top.
- Place the top of the focaccia on.
- Carefully place on the parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 -15 minutes.
- Let rest 3 minutes and slice.
