Healthy Chocolate Brownie Truffles

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1/3 cup Dutch processed cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil (can sub ghee)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Dutch processed cocoa powder (extra for dusting)

Instructions

  • Add 16 oz Medjool dates, pitted, 1/3 cup Dutch processed cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp Sea salt, 2 tbsp Coconut oil, 1 tsp Vanilla extract, 1/4 cup Maple syrup, 1/4 cup Chocolate chips, and 1/4 cup Dutch processed cocoa powder into a food processor. Process until it begins to form a ball.
  • Turn off, grab about 1 tbsp of mixture and roll into a ball. If sticky, wet your hands to help with rolling. Then roll into extra cocoa powder for dusting.
  • Store in fridge or freezer! Will last a few weeks in fridge or a month or two in the freezer.

Notes

Coconut Oil
  • Can sub with ghee if you don't like or can't use coconut oil
