High Protein Pumpkin Spice Mousse
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 16 oz Whole milk cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Canned pumpkin
- 1/3 cup Turbinado sugar
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup
- 2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp Allspice
- 1/8 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Set up a food processor.
- Strain 16 oz Whole milk cottage cheese through a mesh strainer to remove excess liquid.
- Add to a food processor with 1/2 cup Canned pumpkin.
- Then add 1/3 cup Turbinado sugar, 1/4 cup Maple syrup, 2 tsp Ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp Ginger powder, 1/8 tsp Nutmeg, 1/4 tsp Allspice & 1/8 tsp Salt.
- Puree in food processor for 1-2 minutes until creamy and incorporated. Scrape down the bowl and process again until all is mixed and processed.
- Add to 4 small containers and store with lids for up to 5 days. Enjoy with homemade whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs if desired.
