Homemade Hamburger Buns/Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 tbsp Dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cup Warm water (heated between 100f and 110f)
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 1/2 cup Einkorn flour
- 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt
- 1/4 cup Einkorn flour (extra flour for rolling out)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients through olive oil in a bowl and let rest 5 minutes until bubbly.
- Add in the salt and flour and mix together loosely.
- Cover with light cloth and let rest in a warm place for an hour and a half. Sprinkle extra flour onto the counter and roll dough out kneading it into flour. Break into 10 separate balls.
- Place on a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper. Top with your favorite topping. We like everything but the bagel salt.
- Cover with the light towel and let rise until doubled in size. It takes about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425 and once preheated place on the over for about 15 minutes until done.
