Homemade Hot Fudge Sauce

Equipment

  • 1 small saucepan

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/3 cup Coconut sugar
  • 14 fl oz Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup Half and half
  • 1/3 cup Dutch processed cocoa powder

Instructions

  • In a saucepan on medium combine the 1/4 cup Butter and 1/3 cup Coconut sugar until melted.  Once melted add in the 14 fl oz Sweetened condensed milk.
  • Bring to a rolling boil and add in the 1/4 cup Half and half.
  • Once combined add in the 1/3 cup Dutch processed cocoa powder until just a rolling boil again.
  • Remove from the heat and whisk.  Pour into a glass ball jar and place the lid on.

Notes

  • Store in a ball jar and place in the refrigerator up to a week.
