Homemade Hot Fudge Sauce

Equipment
- 1 small saucepan
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/3 cup Coconut sugar
- 14 fl oz Sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup Half and half
- 1/3 cup Dutch processed cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a saucepan on medium combine the 1/4 cup Butter and 1/3 cup Coconut sugar until melted. Once melted add in the 14 fl oz Sweetened condensed milk.
- Bring to a rolling boil and add in the 1/4 cup Half and half.
- Once combined add in the 1/3 cup Dutch processed cocoa powder until just a rolling boil again.
- Remove from the heat and whisk. Pour into a glass ball jar and place the lid on.
Notes
- Store in a ball jar and place in the refrigerator up to a week.
