Homemade Pumpkin Spice Creamer

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup Coconut sugar (can use half cane and half coconut if desired)
  • 1/4 tsp Pink himalayan salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk (can use the coconut milk version to make it dairy free)

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, add 1/2 cup Pumpkin puree, 1/2 cup Coconut sugar, 1/4 tsp Pink himalayan salt, and 1 cup Water. Whisk well over med/low heat.
  • Then add in 1 tsp Ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, 1/2 tsp Ginger powder, and 1/4 tsp Allspice. Continue whisking until mixture thickens
  • Remove from heat, add in 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk, whisk well
  • Add mixture to a mason jar with lid once cooled.
  • Add about 1-2 tbsp of mixture to your hot coffee, froth, and enjoy!

Notes

Spices
  • Feel free to leave out any you don't like.
  • For example, you could just add in the cinnamon and nutmeg.
  • The allspice gives it a different, warmth. You might like it or not! Feel free to adjust to your liking.
Allergens
  • This recipe is naturally gluten free but can also be made dairy free based on your milk choice!
  • You can use a sweetened condensed coconut milk for that
