Homemade Yogurt Smoothie Drink
Ingredients
- 4 cup frozen fruit I use a any blend of fruit we are in the mood for
- 2 cup whole milk plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 bananas
- 3 cup water
Instructions
- In a blender, add 4 cup frozen fruit , 2 cup whole milk plain yogurt , 1/4 cup maple syrup , 2 bananas , and 3 cup water.
- Blend on high until smooth
- Add into 6oz reusable drink containers with a lid
- Store in the fridge for up to 5 days in advance. We love packing these in lunches or bringing for on the go snacks
