3 TBSP. Einkorn flour | |
1 1/2 cup milk | |
1/2 cup half and half or cream | |
1/2 tsp. ground mustard | |
1 tsp. onion powder | |
1 tsp. garlic powder | |
1/4 tsp. paprika | |
1/4 tsp. turmeric | |
1 tsp. salt | |
2 cups extra sharp white cheddar | |
2 cups cheddar |

Boil water, add a hint of salt and cook pasta a minute or 2 before al dente. This is important for freezing. If it is cooked through your pasta will end up mushy.

In a sauce pan melt butter and whisk in flour until a paste forms. Add in milk and cream and whisk until combined.

Add in seasonings and bring to s simmer, whisking until it thickens. Turn off heat and add in cheese. Combine and pour over pasta.

Bring the pasta to room temperature and then put in a freezer safe plastic bag.
