Made Good Granola Ball Dupe

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Quick cooking oats (we love one degree foods brand)
  • 1 cup Rice krispies cereal (natures path or 365 are great, clean brands)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips  (we love nestle organic)
  • 1/2 cup Butter (melted, can use coconut oil or ghee for dairy allergy)
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 8 oz Almond butter
  • 2 tsp Coconut flavor (optional,we use Frontier brands coconut extract)

Instructions

  • Grab 2, 24 mini muffin tins 
  • In a large bowl, add 2 cup Quick cooking oats, 1 cup Rice krispies cereal, 1/2 cup Ground flaxseed, 1/2 tsp Salt, and 1 cup Chocolate chips . Mix well 
  • Then add 1/2 cup Butter, 1/2 cup Honey, 1 tsp Vanilla, 8 oz Almond butter, and 2 tsp Coconut flavor. Mix well until all ingredients are combined. 
  • Take about 1 tbsp of the mixture and press into the muffin tin cups. Make sure to press down firm so the shape holds. 
  • Once all are formed, place muffin tins in the fridge for a few hours to set
  • Pop out the set granola cups, and store in a ziploc bag in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!

allergens
  • use gluten free oats to make this recipe gf and use coconut oil or ghee to swap for butter. Watch chocolate chip choice as well
