Made Good Granola Ball Dupe

Ingredients
- 2 cup Quick cooking oats (we love one degree foods brand)
- 1 cup Rice krispies cereal (natures path or 365 are great, clean brands)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Ground flaxseed
- 1 cup Chocolate chips (we love nestle organic)
- 1/2 cup Butter (melted, can use coconut oil or ghee for dairy allergy)
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 8 oz Almond butter
- 2 tsp Coconut flavor (optional,we use Frontier brands coconut extract)
Instructions
- Grab 2, 24 mini muffin tins
- In a large bowl, add 2 cup Quick cooking oats, 1 cup Rice krispies cereal, 1/2 cup Ground flaxseed, 1/2 tsp Salt, and 1 cup Chocolate chips . Mix well
- Then add 1/2 cup Butter, 1/2 cup Honey, 1 tsp Vanilla, 8 oz Almond butter, and 2 tsp Coconut flavor. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Take about 1 tbsp of the mixture and press into the muffin tin cups. Make sure to press down firm so the shape holds.
- Once all are formed, place muffin tins in the fridge for a few hours to set
- Pop out the set granola cups, and store in a ziploc bag in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!

allergens
- use gluten free oats to make this recipe gf and use coconut oil or ghee to swap for butter. Watch chocolate chip choice as well
