Million Dollar Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Spaghetti noodles
  • 1 lb 90 percent lean ground beef
  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 24 fl oz Marinara sauce
  • 4 oz Block style cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 3 cup Mozzarella (shredded from a block)

Instructions

  • Boil water and cook the 1 lb Spaghetti noodles until al dente.
  • In a skillet add in the 1 Onion chopped, 1 lb 90 percent lean ground beef, 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt and 1 tsp Onion powder. Chop the beef finely.
  • In a blender, blend together the4 oz Block style cream cheese, 1 cup Cottage cheese and 1/2 cup Sour cream until smooth.
  • Once the beef is cooked through add in the marinara sauce.
  • Pour about a cup- just enough to coat the bottom of a 13x9 pan with the 24 fl oz Marinara sauce mixture then add in pasta.
  • Spread the 3 cup Mozzarella cheese grated over top of the pasta.
  • Spread the sauce on top of the cheese mixture.
  • Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour until the cheese is bubbling and center is cooked.
