- 1 saucepan
- 1 13x9 dish
- parchment paper
- 1 blender
Ingredients
- 1 lb Spaghetti noodles
- 1 lb 90 percent lean ground beef
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 24 fl oz Marinara sauce
- 4 oz Block style cream cheese
- 1 cup Cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 3 cup Mozzarella (shredded from a block)
Instructions
- Boil water and cook the 1 lb Spaghetti noodles until al dente.
- In a skillet add in the 1 Onion chopped, 1 lb 90 percent lean ground beef, 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt and 1 tsp Onion powder. Chop the beef finely.
- In a blender, blend together the4 oz Block style cream cheese, 1 cup Cottage cheese and 1/2 cup Sour cream until smooth.
- Once the beef is cooked through add in the marinara sauce.
- Pour about a cup- just enough to coat the bottom of a 13x9 pan with the 24 fl oz Marinara sauce mixture then add in pasta.
- Spread the 3 cup Mozzarella cheese grated over top of the pasta.
- Spread the sauce on top of the cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour until the cheese is bubbling and center is cooked.
