No Bake Layered Taco Dip

If you are having a group over to watch the big game you must try this no bake layered taco dip! This recipe could not be easier to make but packs so many flavors and textures. You can make this days in advance and store in the fridge to save yourself some time!

We added a spicy twist to this classic dip by adding in some pickled jalapenos diced up and added into the layers! You can always leave this out if serving to kids. Or just dice up and set on the side for people to add themselves. So many options and all of them are incredibly delicious!

No Bake Layered Taco Dip

This easy and delicious no bake layered dip is a staple that needs to be at your next gathering!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz refried beans can use pinto or black
  • 8 oz salsa
  • 1 c finely chopped lettuce prefer romaine
  • 1/2 c pickled jalapenos diced
  • 1 c cheddar cheese shredded
  • 16 oz fresh guacamole
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 pkt taco seasoning

Instructions

  • Grab an 8x8 inch baking pan
  • Mix the taco seasoning packet into the 16oz of sour cream, set aside
  • Spread the refried bean layer onto the bottom of the pan
  • Then add salsa and spread out on top of refried beans
  • Add shredded cheese layer evenly over salsa then top with finely chopped lettuce and then pickled jalapenos. Try and layer as evenly as possible
  • Then finish the layered dish by adding the fresh guacamole spread evenly and top with the sour cream mixture spread evenly.
  • Top with freshly chopped cilantro if desired and extra diced pickled jalapenos
  • Serve with your favorite chips and store extras in the fridge. You can also prep this in advance and store for up to 3 days before use in the fridge
