Ingredients
- 1 cup Grated parmesan cheese (fresh grated on a fine grater)
- 1 cup Asiago cheese (grated fresh on a fine cheese grater)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 and line 2 sheet pans with silicone or parchment paper.
- Grate 1 cup Grated parmesan cheese and 1 cup Asiago cheese with a fine cheese grater
- Mix cheese together in a medium bowl, scoop out by 1 teaspoon size for smaller sized wisps (like the size in the store) or 1 tbsp for larger sized.
- Press cheese into a ball and place on lined sheet pan.
- Bake 1 tsp size for 8-10 minutes and larger 1 tbsp size for 12-14 minutes.
- Remove from oven, cool, and store in airtight container. Enjoy!
