Perfect Bar Dupe - Cookie Dough Version

Ingredients
- 1 cup Peanut butter (*see nut butter note)
- 1 cup Cashew butter (*see nut butter note)
- 1/2 cup Maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Pink himalayan salt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Chocolate chips (We love nestle organic)
Instructions
- Line a 9x13 in pan with parchment
- In a bowl, add 1 c peanut butter, 1 c cashew butter, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 c maple syrup. Whisk together well until combined.
- Then add in 1 c chocolate chips and fold in.
- Dump mixture into prepared 9x13 inch pan. Press and smooth mixture evenly.
- Refrigerate overnight or at least 4-6 hours. Slice into 8 rows and then once through the center for 16 bars.

Notes
Nut Butter Note
- If you use for a nut butter that is runnier, the mixture will also be that way. Try to use a nut butter for both are already mixed well and thicker and they will turn out perfect!
Storage
- Store sliced bars in a ziploc bag in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
