Perfect Bar Dupe
Servings: 10
Ingredients
- 1 cup Peanut butter (creamy is best)
- 2 scoop Protein powder (I used chocolate, Simple by Orgain Organics )
- 1/2 cup Maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Pink himalayan salt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract (vanilla bean paste works well too)
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened coconut (reserve a tablespoon for sprinkling on top)
- 1/2 cup Chocolate chips (we love Nestle Allergen-super clean)
- 3 tbsp Water (optional, read below for more)
Instructions
- In food processor, add all ingredients except water and 1 tbsp of unsweetened coconut
- Blend well until mixture forms a ball shape and is combined. If dough is a little dry, add in 1 tbsp of water at a time while food processor is on until it holds together better. Do not add to much!
- Line an 8x8 pan with parchment and press mixture firmly into the pan and flatten. Sprinkle with remaining coconut
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into 10 bars. You can make them smaller if you would prefer! Enjoy

Storage
- Store in sealed bag or other airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Allergens
- Can be made dairy free if you opt for diary free chocolate chips. naturally gluten free. also watch the protein powder choice for allergens
