Pierogi Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 20 Pierogi's (See component recipe)
- 2 1/2 cup Classic spaghetti sauce (See component recipe)
- 1 cup Mozzarella (shredded from a block)
- 1 cup Gruyere (shredded from a block)
- 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375f
- In a cast iron skillet over medium heat, coat the bottom of the pan with 3 TBSP. extra virgin olive oil and let it get hot.
- Add in the 20 pierogi's and let sear 2-3 minutes on one side, flip and let sear 2-3 minutes on the others.
- Pour 2 1/2 cups of the spaghetti sauce on top and then drizzle in the 1 cup of beef broth.
- Stir with a wooden spatula and turn heat off.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
