Pierogi Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 20 Pierogi's (See component recipe)
  • 2 1/2 cup Classic spaghetti sauce (See component recipe)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella (shredded from a block)
  • 1 cup Gruyere (shredded from a block)
  • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375f
  • In a cast iron skillet over medium heat, coat the bottom of the pan with 3 TBSP. extra virgin olive oil and let it get hot.
  • Add in the 20 pierogi's and let sear 2-3 minutes on one side, flip and let sear 2-3 minutes on the others.
  • Pour 2 1/2 cups of the spaghetti sauce on top and then drizzle in the 1 cup of beef broth.
  • Stir with a wooden spatula and turn heat off. 
  • Sprinkle the cheese on top. 
  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
