Pizza Hot Pockets

Ingredients

  • 1 Pizza dough (see our 30 minute recipe below)
  • 16 oz Mozzarella
  • 12 1/3 oz Pizza sauce
  • 5 piece Pepperoni

Instructions

  • Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions below. 
  • While the dough is rising, chop up the pepperoni and grate the cheese. 
  • Roll the dough into a large rectangle and cut into 24 small rectangles.
  • On one rectangle place 2 TBSP pizza sauce, desired amount of cheese and a few pepperoni.
  • Place another rectangle on top of the one you placed the topping and pinch the sides together.

Notes

FREEZE
  • You can freeze these 2 different ways. Either bake them first, or freeze them before baking. To freeze before baking place on a parchment lined baking sheet and flash freeze. After 2 hours place into a freezer safe ziploc bag and place in the freezer up to 2 months.
