Pizza on the Grill

Ingredients
- 2 Pizza dough (dough in our base recipes)
- 8 oz Parmesan
- 8 oz Mozzarella (1 block)
- 8 oz Asiago cheese (1 block)
Instructions
- Grab thawed pizza dough see note below for how many you need
- Divide in half, grab 2 pans, line with parchment
- Spread out dough as thin as you'd like to make the pizza base
- Add sauce, cheese, and favorite toppings
- Cook in the oven: 425 for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is golden brown and bubbly. Allow to stand for at least 5 minutes before cutting.
- Cook on grill: Heat grill to 400. Turn the middle burner off and place the clay sheet on the grill. Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and crust is golden. Check every 5 minutes to make sure crust doesn't burn.

Pizza Dough Note
1 pizza dough recipe will give you 2- 8-10 in thin crust pizzas. Adjust amount as yo need. If making more than 1 dough recipe, adjust cheese as needed. 1 block of each cheese will do 2- 8-10 in pizzas
