Pomegranate Meatballs

Ingredients
Meatballs
- 1 lb Organic ground beef
- 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Coconut aminos
Sauce
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Coconut aminos
- 1/2 cup Pomegrante juice
- 1 tbsp Molasses
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 cup Pomegranates
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. worcestershire, 1/2 tsp. onion powder, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tbsp. coconut aminos. Mix well and roll into 1 tbsp. size balls.
- Place into a crock pot and turn to high.
- In a separate small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of ketchup, 1 tbsp. worcestershire, 1 tsp. coconut aminos, 1 tsp. rice vinegar, 1/2 cup pomegranate juice, 1 tbsp. molasses, 2 tbsp. honey and 1 tsp. onion powder. Whisk until combined.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs and place lid on. Turn slow cooker to low and cook 4-6 hours until the meatballs are cooked through.
