Protein Brownie Bites

These Protein Brownie Bites are perfect for when you want a sweet treat and a little energy boost. They’re made with simple ingredients, naturally sweetened, and packed with protein to help keep you full. I love keeping a batch in the fridge for after-school snacks or late-night cravings.
Bonus: no one will guess they’re actually good for you.

Protein Brownie Bites

Equipment

  • 1 bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 scoops chocolate Orgain protein powder
  • cup cashew butter
  • ½ cup simple mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp organic honey
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • ½ tsp organic vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp organic milk

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl combine3 scoops chocolate Orgain protein powder, ⅓ cup cashew butter, ½ cup simple mini chocolate chips, 1 tbsp organic honey, 1 tbsp cacao powder, 1 dash sea salt, ½ tsp organic vanilla extract and 3 tbsp organic milk. Mix well until completely combined. If it is still too dry add more milk 1/2 tbsp at a time.
  • Use a small cookie scoop and scoop our one at a time. Roll into small balls.
  • Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
