Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage cheese (I use whole milk)
  • 2 cup Old fashioned oats
  • 4 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 2 tbsp Milk (can use any milk of choice here)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients listed into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Allow mixture to sit for 10 minutes before cooking, dont skip that step. Trust me it helps so much.
  • Cook about 1/4 cup of mix on a hot griddle or pan. Serve right away or freeze if making in advance.

Notes

Milk
  • Any milk will work here!
Reheat
  • Preheat an oven to 300 f for 10 minutes to warm.
