Protein Pancakes
Servings: 6
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cottage cheese (I use whole milk)
- 2 cup Old fashioned oats
- 4 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 2 tbsp Milk (can use any milk of choice here)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients listed into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Allow mixture to sit for 10 minutes before cooking, dont skip that step. Trust me it helps so much.
- Cook about 1/4 cup of mix on a hot griddle or pan. Serve right away or freeze if making in advance.
Notes
Milk
- Any milk will work here!
Reheat
- Preheat an oven to 300 f for 10 minutes to warm.
