Mix chicken through water together in a gallon size bag and let sit 2-4 hours.

Poke the potatoes with a fork and wrap in foil. Bake the potatoes first on a grill heated to 375 for an hour.

Place a grill basket greased on the grill to get hot. Toss the chicken in and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 165.
