1 1/2 lb. chicken cubed
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. celery salt
2 stalks celery chopped
4 carrots peeled and chopped
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
32 oz. chicken broth
7 oz. vermicelli

On the sear function or in a pot add 2 TBSP. olive oil. If you don't have a sear function on your crockpot, do this on the stove in a pan over medium heat. Add in the celery, onion, chicken, garlic, and seasonings. Cook until the chicken is browned. If you don't have a sear function and this point transfer into the crockpot.

Pour the chicken broth over top and cook on high for 4 hours.

Add in the vermicelli and cook until it is done. About 5-10 minutes. To turn it into chicken noodle soup add an extra 32 oz. of chicken broth.
