Savory Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- 30 oz Frozen hash browns
- 6 Egg
- 2 Zucchini (shredded)
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Parmesan (Shred from a block)
- 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 8 oz Ham (cubed)
- 2 Applewood smoked bacon (uncured, cut and cooked)
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 1 tbsp Everything but the bagel salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Chop the bacon and onion and cook in a skillet together- start the bacon first, after 5 minutes drain the grease and then add in the onion.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.
- Place parchment paper at the bottom of a 13x9 pan.
- Pour into the pan and top with everything but the bagel salt.
- Bake about 45 minutes.
- Remove, let cool, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Reheat
- Preheat oven to 400 and bake about 15-20 minutes until warm. You can also use the microwave just be sure to remove wrapping and heat at 30 second intervals.
