September Base Meatball Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lb 85 percent lean ground beef
  • 3/4 cup Panko
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Dried basil
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine all of the ingredients. Use your hands to make sure it is combined thoroughly.
  • Use a 3 TBSP. dough scooper and form 12 large meatballs.
  • Use a small 1 TBSP. scoop and make 30 small meatballs.
  • Place the large meatballs on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes until the inside reaches 145.
  • Place the small meatballs on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake about 10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145.
  • You can then let cool and place in a freezer bag in the freezer until you are ready to use.
