September Base Meatball Recipe
Servings: 6
Ingredients
- 2 lb 85 percent lean ground beef
- 3/4 cup Panko
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Dried basil
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl combine all of the ingredients. Use your hands to make sure it is combined thoroughly.
- Use a 3 TBSP. dough scooper and form 12 large meatballs.
- Use a small 1 TBSP. scoop and make 30 small meatballs.
- Place the large meatballs on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes until the inside reaches 145.
- Place the small meatballs on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake about 10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145.
- You can then let cool and place in a freezer bag in the freezer until you are ready to use.
