Sheet Pan Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

1 block Tillamook extra sharp white cheddar cheese
1.5 lbs. ham chopped
2 cups whipping cream
2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
5 potatoes peeled and sliced thin

Preheat oven to 375 and place parchment paper on a sheet pan.

Peel and slice potatoes and lay flat on a sheet pan just slightly overlapping each one.

In a sauce pan combine the remaining ingredients and heat on low until just barely a boil. Stir often. It takes time and then happens pretty fast. Do not over heat or it will curdle.

Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes. Bake for approximately 40 minutes until potatoes are softened.

Remove from the oven, sprinkle the cheese on top and bake another 10-15 minutes.
